Turck FTCI-3/4D15A4P-4UP8X-H1160 is a sensor designed for inline flow and temperature monitoring, belonging to the FTCI series. This part features a rectangular body made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel tubing. It is equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and has 3/4" Swagelok threaded process ports x 2 with a 15mm inline diameter. The sensor offers protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can measure flow rates from 0.5 to 5 gallons per minute (GPM) for water, withstand pressures up to 20 bar (290 psi), and operates on a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The medium temperature range is -10 to +70°C, while the ambient air temperature for operation ranges from 0°C to +60°C. This sensor is IP65 rated, consumes 100mA / 0.1A of current, and features 4 x digital outputs (10.8-30Vdc; PNP). Its response time varies from 2-15 seconds during startup to 500ms - 3s / 0.5-3 s during normal operation, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A.
