FCI-D10A4P-2ARX-H1160/D203 Description
Turck FCI-D10A4P-2ARX-H1160/D203 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a PBT housing, stainless steel 316Ti tubing, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The sensor's response time varies from 2-15 seconds during startup and normalizes to 500ms - 3 seconds during operation. It features 2 digital outputs configured as Normally Open relay dry contacts. This sensor has a rectangular body shape and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 0.5 A at 30Vdc and 1 A at 36Vdc. It is designed for a flow range of 0.2-4 gallons per minute (GPM) for water. As an instrumentation inline flow monitor sensor/switch, it belongs to the FCI series and is designed with dual setpoints. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and 3/8" Swagelok threaded process ports. It can withstand pressure up to 20bar (290psi) and requires a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor is suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -10 to +70°C.
