FCI-D10A4P-AP8X-H1141/A Description
Turck FCI-D10A4P-AP8X-H1141/A is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a rectangular body made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, featuring stainless steel 316Ti tubing and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a response time of 10-30 seconds during startup and 1-20 seconds during normal operation, with one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Designed for gaseous media, this sensor can monitor flow rates from 50cm/s to 40m/s (air) and features a potentiometer for inline flow monitoring or switching. It belongs to the FCI series and is designed with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" with 1/4" BSPP threaded male process port with a 10mm inline diameter. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 20bar (290psi) and operates with a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.), suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C.
