FCI-N1/4D04HC22P-AP8X-H1141 Description
Turck FCI-N1/4D04HC22P-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT housing with Hastelloy C22 wetted parts and a stainless steel 1.4305 / 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and consumes 50mA of current. This sensor is protected to IP65 standards and offers acid resistance. It has a response time of 5-15 seconds during startup and 500ms to 3 seconds in normal operation. Equipped with one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and designed with a rectangular body, it supports a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can monitor flow rates from 15mL to 1L/min for water, functioning within a pressure range of 20bar (290psi). The supply voltage required is 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it can handle medium temperatures from 0 to +60°C. This model is part of the FCI series and comes with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port with a 4mm inline diameter.
