FCI-D10A4P-ARX-H1140 Description
Turck FCI-D10A4P-ARX-H1140 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, stainless steel 316Ti tubing, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a response time of 5-15 seconds during startup and 500ms to 3 seconds during normal operation. It features 1 x digital output (NO Normally Open relay dry contact) and has a rectangular body shape. The control circuit is rated for currents of 1 A at both 30Vdc and 36Vdc. Designed for water flow monitoring, it measures flows from 1 to 6L/min LPM. This part of the FCI series functions as an instrumentation inline flow monitor sensor/switch and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" with 1/4" BSPP threaded male process port with a 10mm inline diameter. It can withstand pressures up to 20bar (290psi) and is suitable for use with media temperatures ranging from 0 to +80°C. The supply voltage required for operation is 21.6-26.4Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc.
