Turck FCI-N1/8D06CTP-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a rectangular body and is part of the FCI series. It features a PBT housing and wetted parts made of PTFE, Viton, Al2O3, and Ceramic, ensuring compatibility with various media. The sensor is equipped with a stainless steel 1.4305 / 303 connector and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C. It has a current consumption of 50mA and offers a degree of protection of IP65, making it resistant to dust and water jets. The sensor is acid-resistant, enhancing its chemical durability. It has a response time of 5-15 seconds during startup and 500ms to 3 seconds during normal operation. The device includes 1 x digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is capable of handling a flow range from 20mL to 3L/min. It operates with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The sensor is designed for a pressure up to 5bar (72.5psi) and requires a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It is suitable for medium temperatures ranging from 0 to +60°C and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/8" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation.
