FCI-D10A4P-2ARX-H1160/D205 Description
Turck FCI-D10A4P-2ARX-H1160/D205 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, Stainless steel 316Ti tubing, and Stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The sensor has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 500ms to 3 seconds in normal operation, featuring 2 digital outputs (NO Normally Open relay dry contacts). Its rectangular body is designed for dual setpoint functionality and is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and 1/2" Swagelok threaded process ports. The control circuit rated current is 0.5 A at 30Vdc and 1 A at 36Vdc, capable of monitoring flow rates from 0.2 to 5 gallons per minute (GPM) for water. This sensor is part of the FCI series, designed to function as an instrumentation inline flow monitor sensor/switch, capable of handling pressures up to 20bar (290psi). It requires a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and can monitor medium temperatures ranging from -10°C to +70°C.
