FCI-D03A4-NA-H1141/M16 Description
Turck FCI-D03A4-NA-H1141/M16 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts, with a stainless steel 1.4305 / 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-13 seconds during normal operation. It is designed with a rectangular body and is capable of monitoring flow rates of 5 to 150mL/min for water and 15 to 300mL/min for oil. This part of the FCI series functions as an instrumentation inline flow monitor sensor that requires a remote amplifier. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and an M16 threaded female process port. The sensor can withstand pressure up to 10bar (145psi) and requires a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). It is suitable for monitoring medium temperatures ranging from 0°C to +80°C.
