Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.6-RS4T/S930/S1139/S1160 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-UNT series. It features a potted TPU cable designed for applications in welding areas, long overtravel, a black body, and is an embeddable Permaprox cylinder sensor. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 60cm / 24" pigtail, made of irradiation-crosslinked TPU, and terminated with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its T-groove body shape is designed for T-slot mounting, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It has 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode of the sensor is NO (Normally Open).
