BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.2-PSG3M Description
Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.2-PSG3M is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch that falls under the BIM-UNT series. This embeddable Permaprox cylinder sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a polypropylene (PP) housing and sensing face, along with a polyurethane (PUR) cable jacket. The sensor is designed with a T-groove body shape and is pre-wired with a 20cm / 8" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.2-PSG3M has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Its mounting mode is T-slot mounting, and it features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode of this sensor is Normally Open (NO).
