Turck NIMFE-EM12/4.6L88-UP6X-H1141/S1182 is a magnetic field sensor/switch designed for the detection of ferromagnetic parts. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a 4.6mm probe diameter. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It belongs to the NIMFE-EM12 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The supply voltage requirement is 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, constructed from 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing and a TIN (Titanium Nitride) coated 1.4301 (304) stainless steel sensing probe, measuring 88mm in length. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It has a thread size of M12 and one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 100mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 15mA under no-load conditions.
