Turck PS016V-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141/S1685 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It offers a variety of measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. The PS300 series sensor has an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The sensor can handle pressures from -1 to +16bar (-14.5 to +232psi) and offers an IO-Link communication protocol. It supports both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) operating modes, which are programmable. The sensor's protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection. It has a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms, with an analog output of 0-10Vdc that can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output. The measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA, and offers time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings of 0-50.
