Turck PS010V-302-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It offers multiple measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. It features a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port for connections. Part of the PS300 series, it boasts an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. The sensor features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, and repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range. Zero shift/span shift is ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit rated current is 200mA, with a current consumption of 50mA, and it offers time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay of 0-50.
