PS010V-609-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS010V-609-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching tasks, belonging to the PS500 series. It features an instrumentation absolute programmable pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and can handle fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing with a diameter of 34mm and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connection. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +16bar (0 to +232psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode is programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it features 2 x digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) with a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a measurement accuracy of set point accuracy +/-0.5% FS and analog accuracy ≤+/-0.5% FS. The sensor's current consumption is 50mA, and it offers adjustable time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay from 0 to 50.
