Turck PS016V-303-LUUPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS300 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. It has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port for connection. The sensor offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). It is capable of a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. The housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It measures pressure from -1 to +16bar (-14.5 to +232psi) and can operate in fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor supports the IO-Link communication protocol and offers NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) operating modes, programmable through its interface. It features two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection functions. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it has an ON-delay and OFF-delay time delay of 0-50.
