PS010V-301-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS010V-301-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS300 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and misc. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port for connection. It offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure ranges from -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi) and features a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. Communication is facilitated via IO-Link, and it has two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) that operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA, and offers time delay settings for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
