PS016A-501-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS016A-501-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable differential pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing and connects via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The operating mode is programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it features 2 x digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
