Turck PS010V-505-LUUPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It supports multiple measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port. The PS600 series sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). It has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The pressure range is -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi). It utilizes the IO-Link communication protocol and can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time between 50 - 600ms. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), offering set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS and analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range. Zero shift/span shift is ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it has an adjustable time delay for both ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
