PS010D-502T-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS010D-502T-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a differential programmable feature. It operates within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. This sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others, suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. It features a rotatable housing and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port, aligning with the PS500 series. The sensor is protected to IP67 standards and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can handle pressures from 0 to +10bar and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The operating modes are programmable to either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. The sensor offers one analog output (4-20mA; can also function as a NPN/PNP digital output), with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, and a repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range. Zero shift/span shift is <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C, and it has a current consumption of 50mA.
