Turck PS016V-503-LUUPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with instrumentation programmable compound pressure capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and is equipped with a 1.5" tri-clamp sanitary diaphragm seal and a rotatable housing for versatile installation. It has a 34mm diameter and connects via a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port. As part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with wetted parts and a pressure connection of the same material, complemented by a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It measures pressure ranges from -1 to +16bar (-14.5 to +232psi) and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with operating modes that are programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms / 0.05 - 0.6 s. The sensor features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. It has a current consumption of 50mA and a time delay for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings of 0-50.
