PS016D-502L-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS016D-502L-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a differential programmable pressure sensor/switch from the PS500 series, designed with a rotatable housing and equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port. It operates within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, supporting measurements in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units. The sensor can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It features a cylindrical body with a degree of protection IP67, capable of a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. The housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It measures pressure from 0 to +16bar and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode is programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), with 2 x digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms / 0.05 - 0.6 s. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
