Turck PS010V-505-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable compound pressure sensor feature. It offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. It connects via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 7/16"-20 UNF threaded male process port (SAE-ORB). As part of the PS500 series, it boasts an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The cylindrical body shape sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and stainless steel pressure connection. It measures pressure ranges from -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) programmable. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms / 0.05 - 0.6 s. The sensor features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, and repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range. Zero shift/span shift is ≤0.15% of the measuring range / °C. The control circuit rated current is 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
