Turck PS010V-504-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. The cylindrical body sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressures ranging from -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and the operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It features 2 digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection functions, and has a response time of 50 - 600ms. The measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability <=0.5% of the measuring range and zero shift/span shift <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit rated current is 200mA, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
