PS010V-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS010V-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with instrumentation programmable compound pressure sensor capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and is designed with a 1/2" NPT female 3-pieces assembled diaphragm seal. It has a diameter of 34mm and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port. As part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It measures pressure in the range of -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi) and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) programmable. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms / 0.05 - 0.6 s. The sensor features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, response time <3ms, repeatability ≤0.5% of measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of measuring range / °C. Its current consumption is 50mA, with time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay of 0-50.
