Turck PS010D-502T-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching applications. It belongs to the PS300 series and features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. The connection type is a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. The sensor offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The pressure range is -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi), and it supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Operating modes include NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), programmable, with two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit rated current is 200mA, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings range from 0-50.
