PS010D-501L-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS010D-501L-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching tasks, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a differential programmable pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The unit measures pressure in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous units, and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connections. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The cylindrical body sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure from 0 to +10bar and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode is programmable as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it features 2 x digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
