Turck PS010A-502-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It measures pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and misc. The sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and features a rotatable housing with a diameter of 34mm. It connects via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port. As part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The sensor's cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure from 0 to +10bar or 0 to +145psi and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings ranging from 0-50.
