Turck NI20U-M30-AN6X 7M is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 7m / 23ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. It belongs to the NI...-M30 series and features a chrome-plated brass housing in an M30 partially threaded barrel shape, ensuring durability and compatibility with various industrial environments. With a supply voltage requirement of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.), it offers a sensing distance of 20mm and operates in a normally open (NO) mode. The sensor is capable of a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) that supports short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection functions. Its degree of protection is rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in conditions where dust and water resistance are necessary.
