Turck NI20-CP40-FDZ30X2/S10 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is compatible with network frequencies of 50-60 Hz. This sensor features a pre-equipped wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. It supports a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc), catering to a broad spectrum of power supply requirements. The NI...-CP40 series sensor boasts an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its rectangular body measures H40mm x W40mm and is made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) for both the housing and sensing face, offering robustness and longevity. The sensor has a sensing distance of 20mm and features a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz. It provides a single digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.) and includes protection functions against output short-circuit and overload (Latched SCP). The operating mode is programmable to be either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC), and the control circuit is rated for a current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A.
