NI20-Q14-AN6X2 Description
Turck NI20-Q14-AN6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor/switch designed for a variety of applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a pre-wired 2m PUR cable with bare end flying leads for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-Q14 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor has a 14mm thick rectangular body made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) for both the housing and sensing face, and a Polyurethane (PUR) cable jacket. It provides a sensing distance of 20mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes 1 digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and features a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
