NI20-Q14-AP6X2-0.3-RS4T Description
Turck NI20-Q14-AP6X2-0.3-RS4T is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 30cm / 12" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. This sensor is part of the NI...-Q14 series and features a 14mm thick rectangular body with a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and has a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz. The housing and sensing face are made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), and the cable jacket is made of Polyurethane (PUR). It offers a sensing distance of 20mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its no-load current consumption is 15mA.
