Turck NI20-CK40-RZ3X2-B3131 W/BS2.1 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and comes pre-mounted with a BS 2.1 mounting bracket for easy installation. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac and 10-300Vdc, accommodating various nominal voltages such as 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac, 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc. It belongs to the NI...-CK40 series and offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor has a compact H40mm x W40mm short rectangular body (Stubby) and is capable of a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz. Constructed with a PBT-GF20-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and a PA (Polyamide) sensing face, it ensures durability. The sensing distance is 20mm, and it operates in a Normally Closed (NC) mode. It also features 1 x digital output that supports both AC and DC (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 300mA max.) for versatile application use.
