NI20-CK40-VP4X2-H1141 W/BS2.1 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI20-CK40-VP4X2-H1141 W/BS2.1 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and comes pre-mounted with a BS 2.1 mounting bracket. This sensor features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. It belongs to the NI...-CK40 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It has a compact, short rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as the stubby shape, and can switch at frequencies up to 150Hz. The housing is made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF20-V0) with a Polyamide (PA) sensing face. It offers a sensing distance of 20mm and features NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs. The sensor has one digital output capable of handling 10-65Vdc at a maximum of 200mA. It is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions. The response time of the sensor is 8ms, and the control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A.
