FCS-N1/2A4P-LIX-H1141/D037 Description
Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-LIX-H1141/D037 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing with Stainless steel 316Ti wetted parts and a Stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 100mA / 0.1A of current. This sensor offers 1 x analog output (4-20mA; linear) and has an IP65 degree of protection. Its response time ranges from 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. The sensor has a rectangular body shape and can measure flow rates of 5cm/s to 1.5m/s for water and 10cm/s to 3m/s for oil. It includes two potentiometers and functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/transmitter. Part of the FCS series, it comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. It can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The sensor is capable of operating in medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
