FCS-G1/4T-NA Description
Turck FCS-G1/4T-NA is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a PTFE housing and PTFE wetted parts, suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It has a current consumption of 70mA / 0.07A and offers a degree of protection of IP68. The sensor's response time varies from 5 to 50 seconds during both startup and normal operation. It features a rectangular body shape and comes pre-wired with a 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port for connection. The control circuit is rated for 400mA / 0.4 A. This sensor can monitor flow rates of 1 to 70cm/s for water and 2cm/s to 1m/s for oil. It is part of the FCS series and is designed to require a remote amplifier. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 5bar (72psi) and medium temperatures ranging from -10°C to +80°C.
