FCS-G1/2A4P-VRX/24VDC Description
Turck FCS-G1/2A4P-VRX/24VDC is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, stainless steel 316Ti wetted parts, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68. This sensor includes 1 x digital output (SPDT / NO/NC / 1C/O rly. dry contact) and has a rectangular body shape. It is capable of detecting flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. As part of the FCS series, it functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port. It can withstand pressure up to 100bar (1450psi) and is designed for a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The medium temperature range for operation is also -20°C to +80°C.
