FCS-N1/2A4P-2AP8X-H1140 Description
Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-2AP8X-H1140 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, stainless steel 316Ti wetted parts, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 60mA / 0.06A of current. This sensor is protected to IP65 standards and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 2 digital outputs (20-30Vdc; PNP) and has a rectangular body shape. The control circuit is rated at 400mA / 0.4 A, with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can monitor flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s (water) and features dual setpoint design, two potentiometers for adjustments, and is part of the FCS series. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. It can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and has a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The medium temperature range this sensor can endure is -20°C to +80°C.
