BI8U-MT18-AN6X-H1141 Description
Turck BI8U-MT18-AN6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-MT18 series. This sensor features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PTFE-coated brass housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. The sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its shape is an M18 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. The maximum switching frequency is 1.5kHz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The response time is 8ms, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.). The no-load current consumption is 25mA, with a sensing distance of 8mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated at 200mA, and the thread size is M18. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
