BC15-K34SR-VN4X2 Description
Turck BC15-K34SR-VN4X2 is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch from the BC...-K34 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The housing and sensing face are made of PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. This sensor features a pre-equipped wiring chamber terminal block and an M16x1.5 entry for connections. It has a 34mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with a terminal chamber. The sensor is protected to IP67 standards, with a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BC15-K34SR-VN4X2 offers 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It has a sensing distance of 15mm and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it supports operating modes of NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
