S18-2VPFF30-2M Description
Banner Engineering S18-2VPFF30-2M is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18-2 series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The S18-2VPFF30-2M has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor), and provides a sensing distance of 30mm. Its response time is 1.5ms / 0.0015 s, and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a thread size of M18.
