Banner Engineering QS18VP6D is a photo-electric sensor from the QS18 series, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. It is designed with an M18 threaded mount and a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a sensing distance of up to 450mm. It utilizes infrared (IR) light and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. The QS18VP6D is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connection and supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal). It includes one digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions.
