Banner Engineering QS18VP6FF100 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise sensing applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the QS18 series and incorporates a background suppression system to enhance its detection capabilities. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy integration into various systems. The QS18VP6FF100 W/30 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, and it has a sensing distance of 100mm. It emits visible red light and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile signaling options.
