S18-2VPFF200-9M Description
Banner Engineering S18-2VPFF200-9M is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18-2 series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. The S18-2VPFF200-9M offers a single digital output (PNP transistor) and has a sensing distance of 200mm. It utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 624 nm and has a quick response time of 1.5ms. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it features an M18 thread size for mounting.
