Banner Engineering S18-2VNRL-Q8 is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the S18-2 series, featuring a through-beam system in an opposed mode configuration. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic body with an acrylic lens. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and boasts an IP67 degree of protection, indicating its dust tightness and immersion resistance. The S18-2VNRL-Q8 has a cylindrical M18 threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor), and offers a sensing distance of up to 25 meters.
