S18-2VNFF150-2M Description
Banner Engineering S18-2VNFF150-2M is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18-2 series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor), and offers a sensing distance of 150mm. It utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 624 nm and has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it features an M18 thread size.
