S18-2VNDL-9M Description
Banner Engineering S18-2VNDL-9M is a photo-electric sensor from the S18-2 series, designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. Its shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor). The sensing distance of the sensor is 750mm, utilizing visible red light with a wavelength of 624 nm. It has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The thread size for installation is M18.
