S18-2NAEL-9M Description
Banner Engineering S18-2NAEL-9M is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the S18-2 series. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The S18-2NAEL-9M can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. Its design includes an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, and it has a sensing distance of up to 25m. The sensor emits visible red light with a wavelength of 645 nm and responds in 1.5ms or 0.0015 seconds. The thread size for installation is M18.
