Banner Engineering QS18VP6LVQP-804887 is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is built in a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens. This sensor is part of the QS18 series and utilizes a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing, capable of detecting objects up to 6.5m away. It emits visible red light and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The QS18VP6LVQP-804887 is equipped with a pre-wired 2m pigtail terminated with an RJ11 connector for connectivity and supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. It features one digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a quick response time of 0.6ms. The sensor is protected against ingress with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions.
