Banner Engineering QS18VP6LP-800858 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is constructed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor includes an LED indicator, model 135760, and connects via a pre-equipped 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector. As part of the QS18 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is crafted from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, capable of sensing distances up to 3.5m with visible red light. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, supported by 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a rapid response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s.
