Banner Engineering QS18VP6FF50 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a background suppression system and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy integration into various setups. Part of the QS18 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, offering robustness. With a sensing distance of 50mm and utilizing visible red light, it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features a single digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and has a rapid response time of 0.85ms / 0.00085 s, enabling quick and efficient operation.
